Well, one thing is clear with the recent downturn - America is not a dominating force anymore, and the next center of attention might very well be Asia. In that case, Indians and other Asians might very well be working closely together. You may get your chance.

Our Programme is called " High Performance managment" but larger purpose is middle managers get to know different geographies and people who are at same level so that if you happen to work together sometime/someplace/somehow that awkwardness goes.Its a six month long programme.

Cargill gives chance not very regularly to work on deputation in different geographies.

Last lag of this programme is in Singapore in April.

Well, I would still like to think of this more of paid vacation as perk than anything else. Kudos. I enjoyed the pics very much. Good panorama of the area. Have u taken these all with your phone?

In Malaysia i took the camera with me but in vietnam it was my Motorocker cellphone camera.

You are right these are paid vacations, in happy& good times we've had formal vacations as well like egypt but this time around its curtailed.
